This Yorkshire Terrier proudly sits at the center of a composition inspired by the art of Chinese porcelain. Its silky fur is presented in shades of cobalt blue and pristine white, each strand delicately shaded according to Eastern aesthetic codes. The background is full of traditional motifs : serpentine dragons with finely carved scales, blooming lotus flowers, and vegetal arabesques that dance around the little dog. The stylized dragons seem to protect the animal with their benevolent presence, while the floral motifs bring a poetic softness to the whole.
