Guarantee and Durability
The applicable guarantees are described in clause 9 of our terms and conditions of sale.
Our artworks are designed to last for many years, under normal indoor use.
No, this is not necessary. Certificates are mainly used for art gallery works of high market value. Our artworks do not require one.
The quality of the materials used (premium acrylic glass or Dibond aluminium), our 8K printing technology with UV-resistant inks, and our careful finishing ensure the longevity of our artworks.
Care and Resistance
- Acrylic glass: use a soft cloth, with no abrasive products.
- Dibond aluminium: a damp cloth is enough to remove dust. Our artworks require no additional maintenance.
They are designed for indoor use, in the normal conditions of a living space. Avoid immediate proximity to a heat source and rooms subject to high, sustained humidity. They are not intended for outdoor use.
Acrylic glass is more impact-resistant than traditional glass, but can be prone to scratching. Dibond aluminium is very resistant to scratches and impacts. In all cases, we recommend careful handling during installation and cleaning.
No, our rigid materials (acrylic glass and aluminium) should not show any crease marks. If you notice any on unpacking, do not install the artwork and write to us within 3 days of delivery, with photos attached.
