Find out more about fixing systems, how to install them and our recommendations for securing your artwork at home.

Installation and Mounting

Are the artworks easy to install? +

Yes, every artwork is delivered with a mounting system included.

Are installation instructions supplied with the artwork? +

Yes, all our artworks are delivered with clear, detailed installation instructions. You can also view them online in the "mounting instructions" section at the bottom of our website.

What tools are needed to install the artworks? +

A drill, a screwdriver and a spirit level; everything else is supplied (screws, wall plugs, etc.).

Are your artworks delivered with a fixing system? +

Yes, the fixing kit is included with every artwork.

Fixing Systems

Are the fixing systems suitable for all types of wall? +

Not with the same wall plugs. Those we supply are suitable for solid walls: concrete, brick, breeze block, solid plaster. A hollow partition or a fragile surface requires specific wall plugs, which are not supplied. In all cases, it is your responsibility to check that your wall can support the weight of the artwork.

Are your fixings safe and strong? +

Installed in accordance with the instructions, on a suitable wall, our fixings are rated for at least 2 times the weight of the artwork.

Can I use my own fixing system? +

Yes, but in that case, we cannot guarantee the stability of the artwork.

Can I fix the artwork without drilling into my wall? +

No. Because of their weight and size, our artworks require a secure fixing with drilling. This is currently the only safe method that we recommend.

Mounting Tips

Is the mounting easy to do on my own? +

For medium formats, one person can easily carry out the installation. For large formats or multi-part artworks, we recommend having two people to make alignment and fixing easier.

What should I do if the mounting parts do not match the product? +

If you find that the fixings supplied are not suited to your artwork, contact us immediately.
