The composition rests on perfect symmetry: a wall entirely covered in white tiling frames a massive arch pierced in its center. Through this opening unfolds a sky laden with grey anthraciteclouds, almost black in places, which violently contrast with the geometric rigor of the tiling. A white paved path runs through the image from bottom to top, leading the eye directly to the vanishing point. The floor, smooth and reflective, doubles each element with a striking mirror effect.
