This botanical composition features an elegant bouquet of reeds with downy spikes, arranged in a natural sheaf at the centre of the work. The chromatic palette oscillates between warm ochre tones and pearlescent beiges, creating perfect harmony with the pearl grey background. The silky plumes display shades ranging from caramel brown to honey gold, some lighter ones leaning towards ivory. The calm water faithfully reflects these slender grasses, creating a striking mirror effect that doubles the composition. The rippling reflections bring a poetic dimension to the whole, while the painting technique with subtle impasto gives a rich and natural texture to this contemplative scene.

Absolutely, this artwork with its soft beige and ochre tones creates a particularly soothing atmosphere. The reeds gently reflected in the water evoke the tranquility of a pond at sunset, perfect for promoting relaxation and rest in an intimate space.
The silky spikes of these grasses represent nature's resilience and adaptability. Their wispy texture and honey colour evoke the end of summer, symbolizing both maturity and softness. This representation brings a poetic and contemplative dimension to your interior.
This artwork appeals to nature lovers and contemplative spirits. People who seek harmony and appreciate moments of quiet will be particularly touched by this peaceful scene where slender stems dance to an imaginary breeze.
Perfectly! The natural tones of this work - from pearlescent beige to warm brown - harmonize beautifully with Nordic aesthetics. The soft hues and compositional simplicity complement light woods and natural textiles typical of Scandinavian style wonderfully.
The reflections create a fascinating mirror effect that doubles the visual height of the composition. This artistic technique amplifies the impression of space and depth, while the subtle water ripples bring delicate dynamism that animates the whole without disrupting the overall serenity.
