The idea behind this artwork was to find a perfect balance between the fluid movement of the horse and the rigidity of geometric lines. The central subject stands out with an almost dreamlike lightness, while the angular shapes surrounding it create a captivating visual tension. Each element of the painting has been designed to invite the viewer to lose themselves in the details, from the texture of the coat to the richness of the blues and greens. This painting Paul Gauguin is an invitation to explore the interaction between abstraction and representation, in a carefully orchestrated visual balance.
