The sand fades beneath the hooves, foam flies, and time seems suspended in this wild gallop. This painting captures the moment two powerful silhouettes cut across the horizon, bathed in golden light that sets the sky ablaze like the sea.
Two grey horses with finely shaded coats leap side by side, their black manes flowing and drawn in ink with an almost calligraphic precision. Their hooves throw up white splashes rendered in bold, burst-like strokes that convey the speed of the race. In the background, a grey sky gradually takes on pink and orange hues, the signature of a sunset over the sea horizon. A large golden circle, textured in relief, runs through the composition like a stylised sun or a golden moon suspended in the sky. The contrast between the graphic line of the horses and the painterly texture of the circle creates a distinctive depth. Reflections in the water in the foreground extend the movement and reinforce the impression of speed. The whole plays on a restrained but effective palette: grey, black, white, pale pink and gold.

The race of these two horses evokes the freedom and vitality of the Lusitano horse, a breed renowned for its nobility and energy. The movement of the black manes and white spray conveys raw yet controlled power. This tawny and golden horse painting celebrates that ancestral spirit, between land and sea, in a composition where every splash seems frozen mid-leap, recalling the Iberian origins of this exceptional mount.
An anthracite wall beautifully sets off the golden reflections and pinkish sky of this golden horses painting, bringing out the metallic circle in the background. The contrast between the deep grey of the wall and the pastel tones of the sunset creates an elegant visual tension. This anthracite and peach horse painting then becomes the focal point of a dark wall, bringing warmth and movement to an otherwise neutral space.
In a bedroom, this pastel and golden horse painting brings a gentle energy without being aggressive, thanks to its gradient of pink and grey reminiscent of end-of-day skies. The galloping scene, though dynamic, remains soothing through its muted tones. This watercolour horses painting is perfectly suited to a restful space where you wish to evoke nature without disturbing the tranquillity of the room.
This tawny and gold horse painting will delight lovers of horse riding, nature enthusiasts, and anyone drawn to scenes of movement and freedom. It suits an experienced rider as well as an interior designer seeking an expressive piece. Giving this terracotta horses and grey painting conveys an image of calm strength, ideal for marking a birthday or a move into a new home.
This ink and gold horse painting combines precise, dynamic black ink drawing with touches of gold paint applied in relief, notably in the luminous circle in the background. This mixed technique creates a contrast between the rigour of the animal line and the painterly freedom of the background. This gold and grey horse painting thus blends graphic tradition with chromatic modernity, rare in classic equestrian imagery.
