The top of the composition features a chalky white texture, almost grainy, which contrasts with the darker shades at the bottom. Gradually, the tones turn to sand beige then earthy brown, before reaching veins of terracotta and rust in the lower part. Fine cracks, almost like mineral roots, run through some strata and add a photographic rendering.
