Program Overview

The Walensky Ambassador Program allows you to recommend our products to those around you while enjoying financial benefits. A simple and free way to recover all or part of your order amount.

Key Program Points

The referrer receives a proportional cashback on the referred customer's order amount, with unlimited referral accumulation possible.

1. Who can refer?

The Walensky Ambassador Program is accessible exclusively to customers who have already made at least one order on the site.

These customers, called "referrers", can recommend Walensky to those around them and benefit from a partial cashback on their own order when their referred customers make their first purchase.

2. How the referral works

The referrer receives cashback based on the amount of the referred customer's first order.

The referred customer receives no special benefit (no discount or voucher) as part of this program.

The cashback applies to the referrer's initial order, according to the schedule detailed below.

Cashback applies first toward the full refund of the referrer's initial order. Once this order is fully refunded, additional cashback is converted into shopping vouchers.

4. How to declare a referral

The referrer can declare their referred customer as soon as they have placed an order.

To do so, the referrer must contact us via:

The declaration must contain information to identify the referred customer's order (name, first name, referred customer's order number).

Important Deadline

The referrer has a maximum of 30 days from the referred customer's order date to submit this declaration. Any declaration made after this deadline cannot be taken into account.

5. Cashback Request

Once the declaration is made, the referrer can request cashback 30 days after the referred customer's order.

This request is also made through the website's contact form or by email at walensky.shop@gmail.com.

Cashback is processed using the same payment method as the referrer's initial order.

6. Refund Timeline and Conditions

Cashback will be processed 15 days after the referred customer's order is actually received, to comply with the legal 14-day withdrawal period.

Walensky reserves the right to verify the referred customer's identity and the reality of the order before processing the cashback.

7. Specific Conditions Related to Return Rights

For the referred customer: The commercial guarantee "Satisfaction or refund within 90 days" does not apply to referred customer orders made as part of the referral program. However, the referred customer retains their legal 14-day withdrawal right after receiving their order, in accordance with consumer law.

For the referrer: The referrer retains full return rights within 90 days on their initial order, even if they benefit from cashback through the referral program.

8. Fraud Prevention

The program is strictly reserved for different natural persons.

Walensky reserves the right to refuse or cancel a referral in case of suspected self-referral, fraudulent manipulation (e.g., same name, same address, creation of fake accounts), or any behavior contrary to the program's spirit.

Walensky may request any supporting documents necessary to validate the referral.

In case of proven fraud, Walensky reserves the right to suspend or exclude a referrer from the program.

9. Program Modification or Termination

Walensky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time for future referrals.

Referrals already validated before modification will be honored under the conditions in effect at the time of declaration.
