Your referrals place their order on our website. There's no special promo code to use, they order normally like any other customer.
Within 30 days of your referral's order, contact us by email to declare that this person is your referral and provide their contact details.
After we receive and verify your declaration, you receive your refund 15 days after the referral's order is received, then within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Action: Paul contacts WALENSKY claiming this second order is from a friend he referred.
Result: WALENSKY detects the fraud (same name, similar address) and rejects the referral. Paul risks being excluded from the Ambassador program.
Situation: Thomas buys a WALENSKY wall art and shows it to several office colleagues. Three of them decide to buy wall art pieces.
Action: Thomas declares each referral separately by email to WALENSKY within 30 days of each order. He provides the names, first names and order numbers of his colleagues.
Result: Thomas receives a refund for each of the three referrals 15 days after their orders are received, then within 5 business days. The total refund could potentially cover his entire initial order.
Situation: Julie learns that a friend ordered WALENSKY wall art two months ago. She hadn't mentioned WALENSKY to her friend before the purchase.
Action: Julie tries to declare a retroactive referral for this order.
Result: The referral is rejected because Julie didn't actually recommend WALENSKY to her friend before the purchase, and the 30-day deadline has also passed.

No, in the current program framework, only the referrer (you) gets a financial advantage in the form of a refund. Your referral orders at the standard price, with no special discount. However, they benefit from your advice and experience with the quality of our products! Additionally, your referral can become a referrer after making their purchase and thus benefit from the Ambassador program for their own recommendations.
Absolutely! If you refer enough people, you can recover up to 100% of your initial order amount. For example, if your order was €500, by referring 5 people who each order €1000, you'll get 5 × €100 = €500 in refunds, covering your entire order.
If your referral exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 days and returns their order, the referral will be cancelled and the associated refund will not be processed. This is why we wait a minimum of 15 days after the referral receives their order before processing refunds. It's important to note that any referral participating in the referral program loses their commercial withdrawal right of 90 days, which becomes 14 days (legal period) to prevent abuse. This condition ensures program integrity.
The refund is processed using the same payment method you used for your initial order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same card 15 days after your referral receives their order, then within 5 business days. If your total refund exceeds your order amount, the surplus will be converted into shopping vouchers for future purchases.
