You love your WALENSKY artwork and want to share it with your loved ones? Our Ambassador program is made for you!

As a WALENSKY customer, you can now recommend our products to those around you and be rewarded for each new order made through you.

The principle is simple: for each referral who places an order, you receive a refund proportional to the amount of their order, applied directly to your initial order.

Your referrals place orders on our site. There's no special promo code to enter, they order normally like any other customer.

Declare the referral

Within 30 days of your referral's order, contact us by email to declare that this person is your referral with their contact information.

Receive your refund

After receiving and verifying your declaration, you will receive your refund 15 days after the referral receives their order, then within 5 days to your original payment method.

How much can you get back?

The amount of your refund is directly proportional to the amount of your referral's order:

Example: Your initial order was €350. You refer 3 friends who order €300, €500 and €800 respectively.

  • 1st referral → €30 refund
  • 2nd referral → €50 refund
  • 3rd referral → €80 refund
Total refunds: €160 on your €350 order!
You save this amount and your artwork comes to €190 instead of €350.
If your total refunds exceed your initial order amount, the surplus is converted into shopping vouchers for your future orders.

Concrete examples: What works and what doesn't

Accepted example

Situation: Marie buys a WALENSKY artwork for €400. She shows it to her friend Sophie who decides to buy a similar artwork for €600.

Action: Marie contacts WALENSKY by email, providing Sophie's name, first name and order number within 30 days of the order.

Result: Marie receives a €60 refund on her initial order. The refund is processed 15 days after Sophie receives her artwork.

Rejected example

Situation: Paul buys a WALENSKY artwork. He creates a second account in his name with a slight address variation and places an order.

Action: Paul contacts WALENSKY claiming this second order is from a friend he referred.

Result: WALENSKY detects the fraud (same name, similar address) and rejects the referral. Paul risks being excluded from the Ambassador program.

Accepted example

Situation: Thomas buys a WALENSKY artwork and shows it to several office colleagues. Three of them decide to buy artworks.

Action: Thomas declares each referral separately by email to WALENSKY within 30 days of each order. He provides the names, first names and order numbers of his colleagues.

Result: Thomas receives a refund for each of the three referrals 15 days after they receive their order, then within 5 days. The total refund could potentially cover his entire initial order.

Rejected example

Situation: Julie learns that a friend ordered a WALENSKY artwork two months earlier. She hadn't mentioned WALENSKY to this friend before the purchase.

Action: Julie attempts to declare a retroactive referral for this order.

Result: The referral is rejected because Julie didn't actually recommend WALENSKY to her friend before the purchase, and furthermore, the 30-day deadline has passed.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can I refer?

You can refer as many people as you wish! There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each validated referral entitles you to a refund.

Can a referral also become a referrer?

Yes, absolutely! Once someone makes a purchase from WALENSKY, whether or not they were referred, they become eligible to become a referrer in turn. Your referral can therefore recommend our products to their own circle and enjoy the same refund benefits as you. It's a system that can naturally spread through circles of friends and family.

Does my referral benefit from being referred?

No, in the current scope of the program, only the referrer (you) benefits from a financial advantage in the form of a refund. Your referral orders at regular price, with no specific discount. However, they benefit from your advice and experience with the quality of our products! Moreover, your referral can themselves become a referrer after making their purchase and thus benefit from the Ambassador program for their own recommendations.

Can I get a full refund for my order?

Absolutely! If you refer enough people, you can recover up to 100% of your initial order amount. For example, if your order was €500, by referring 5 people who each order €1000, you get €5 × €100 = €500 in refunds, which is your entire order.

What happens if my referral returns their order?

If your referral exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 days and returns their order, the referral will be cancelled and the associated refund will not be processed. This is why we wait a minimum of 15 days after the referral receives their order before processing refunds. It's important to note that any referral participating in the referral program loses their 90-day commercial right of withdrawal, which becomes 14 days (legal deadline) to prevent any abuse. This condition guarantees the integrity of the program.

How is the refund processed?

The refund is processed via the same payment method you used for your initial order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same card 15 days after the referral actually receives their order, then within 5 days. If the total refund exceeds your order amount, the surplus will be converted into shopping vouchers for use on future orders.
