Walensky Contest Rules

Organizer : WALENSKY, a wall decoration company, organizes a monthly contest allowing you to win a painting valued at €249, including mounting systems.

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to any adult residing in France, Belgium and Switzerland. Only one registration per person is allowed. Registration must include a valid phone number. Any attempt at fraud or multiple registrations will result in exclusion from the contest. For the contest to be active, a minimum of 50 people must be registered for the Walensky contest.

2. Participation

To participate, users must:

  1. Complete the registration form by providing their phone number.
  2. Remain registered and not unsubscribe from marketing SMS.
    Once registered, the participant is automatically included in subsequent draws, unless they unsubscribe.

3. Contest Duration

The contest is monthly. Each draw takes into account valid registrations until 11:59 PM on the last day of the month. Results are communicated between the 1st and 5th of each month.

4. Winner Selection

The winner is selected by random draw from registered and non-unsubscribed participants. The draw is performed by an automated system to ensure fairness.

5. Prize

The winner receives a painting valued at €249, including mounting systems, delivered free of charge. The painting model can be chosen from a selection defined by WALENSKY.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.

6. Results Notification

  • The winner : Will be notified by SMS between the 1st and 5th of each month. They must respond within 7 days to confirm their details and arrange delivery. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.
  • Non-winners : WALENSKY reserves the right to send an SMS notification to non-winning participants. These messages may include an exclusive offer or a discount valid for a limited period.

7. General Terms

  1. Participants agree that their phone number may be used to receive messages related to the contest and promotional offers.
  2. If they unsubscribe, the participant will be automatically excluded from subsequent draws.
  3. WALENSKY is not responsible for technical errors or delays in SMS delivery.
  4. Any attempt at fraud or incorrect registration will result in immediate exclusion of the participant.

8. Personal Data

9. Rule Modification
